Chili season begins right around the time you start hearing the crunch of autumn leaves under your boots and the sound of football games on your television. In the South, chili is a meal that everyone or their mom knows how to make, but making it well- now that’s a whole different story. We would never assume you don’t have your great-grandmother’s super-secret award winning chili recipe tucked in the back of her old cookbook, but just in case you don’t, we’ll let ours be your little secret.
